Welcome to JNVRAA (Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Roopnagar Alumni Association).

We at JNVRAA, are a group of alumni students from JNVR from first batch passed out in 1994 and continuous flow of all genius thereafter.

We are proud of our journey through JNV as it has been a unique experience for all round development of students, unparallel in entire school system elsewhere.

As we know, one of the aims of Navodaya is to inculcate national integration through inter- school migration. Our JNVRAA also includes alumni who migrated from various schools like Borakhadi, Nasirabad(in Rajsathan),Kheda, Porbandar, Akkalkuwa (Maharashtra) etc.

It’s a proven fact today that Navodayans have excelled wherever they have put their feet. Doctors, Engineers, Businessmen, Commerce experts, Company Executives, HR experts, Painters, Dancers, Musicians.....and What not?

How wonderful it shall be to imagine, when all these wonderful personalities come together again under a common roof of JNVRAA with their practical life experience in addition to the lessons learnt in school!!

INCEPTION OF JNVRAA:

No doubt, credit goes to social media and some enthusiastic alumni of 1994 and 1995 batches . Mr Ritesh Patel, Mr Manish Patel, Mr Jitendra Vasava, Mr. Praveen More, Dr. Nilesh Patel and Mr. Deepak Parmar are to name a few who started contacting JNVR alumni lost in various distant corners all over the world, brought them closer and strategically started refreshing all memories of Navodaya and recognising their present achievements and to feel united and proud.

Navodayans, as a result a permanent symbol of bondage for all JNVR alumni came into existence in March 2016 as JNVRAA(Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Alumni Association).

VISION:

Our primary aim was to Reunite all the Alumni to strengthen the feeling of belongingness and unity amongst all alumni.

Further, we aim at becoming a strong positive voice of society utilising synergy of versatile experience of alumni JNVR.

We owe a lot to our school as it aims at providing good quality modern education to the talented children predominantly from the rural areas irrespective of their economic conditions.

MISSION:

We believe that we all have got enough, in fact more than enough from our beloved school and today it’s a common feeling of all alumni .............“PAY BACK NOW”. Hence, at present Activities planned to cover under JNVRAA are:

• Arranging medical camps
• Career guidance to JNVR residential students
• Achiever awards to JNVR residential students
• Any other developmental activities for the benefits of the students
• Motivation to children of Alumni members through rewards and recognition.

So, thanks and congrats for being a part of JNVRAA. Let us live the school memories again and be a part of shaping the better future of new generation of our JNVR.
